an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit for business visa

my invite company said that,  the duly authorized unit is issue invitation letter is very complicate and spend long time to take this invitation letter from above unit. he was disappointing about that, is there easy way to take that letter,please help me,

Hi Fernando, I think maybe the company can use an agency to apply for this invitation letter. In case that the agency is not capable of doing this, the company has to do it on its own.
