Is there a Train Ticket Office at T3, PEK?

Hi,

Would like to know if there is a train ticket office at T3? If yes where can I find it.

I remember the train ticketing counter is available at T3, and the location is near Counter no. 22, Check-in Area, Departure Hall, 4F, T3. You may try to find!
