About:Embassy & Consulates of Thailand in China

Apply tourist Visa in Shanghai

Hi, i am a Panamenian with a Panama passport and i would like to know if i can apply for the Japan Visa in Shanghai Japan Consulate since it is the nearest one from Hangzhou. Or do i need to go directly to the embassy ? Above documents, it is necessary to provide all documents ?

Roberto, you live in Hangzhou, right? If yes, you should apply for it at the consulate general of Japan in Shanghai.
You should find an agency to submit your application for you. Because you live in Hangzhou, You can find Zhejiang Foreign Exchange Service Center to do it for you. The address is No.1 of Shihan Road in Hangzhou City.
If you go there for sightseeing purpose, you need to provide all the required documents as following:
1. Your passport
2. The application form and a passport-size photo
3. consent letter of personal information
4. proof of your financial support
5. round trip air tickets and hotel reservation
