Need visa within 15 days. Possible?

Dear sir,

I have already travelled to china 5 times on business visit entry permit from my company and i have to visit again. But the regulations here have changed. They are asking for letter of confirmation of invitation on revisit too. How can i get invitation/entry permit urgently as my vendor is saying that it will take 30 days.
