Transferring working visa

Hello my name is Scott, I am from Canada. I had just applied for work Z type and I got it but now there is a problem I had another job opportunity who is offering more salary as well other benefits, so if I want to change my job what's the proper way of doing it and will I need to apply for another z type. Can somebody describe the whole process of undergoing this things

You first need to ask for a release letter from your previous company and then prepare the following required documents:
1. Alien’s employment registration form
2. Application letter
3. Release letter from your previous company
4. Original of foreign employment permit
5. The employment contract signed with the new company
6. Your passport and copy of its first page and the page with work Z type
7. Copy of the business license of your new company
Afterwards, submit your application to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to apply for it.
