I have applied for a multiple entry M visa valid for one year.

On the M type I have received, it said
No. of entries : 1
Duration of each stay : 30 days after entry
Enter Before : 26MAY2016
Issue Date : 26FEB2016

My question is... is this a multiple entry permit? I was confused by the number of entries stated. But according to the person at the embassy, he said it is a multiple entry permit. Kindly, enlighten me on this.
