1. May I know where you live in PRC? If the area you live belongs to the consulate general of Philippines in Shanghai, you can renew it from there.
2. No matter which railway station you arrive, it usually takes about an hour to the consulate.
3. Suite 301 Capitel Yindu Mansion, No.1376 West Yan’an Road, Shanghai
4. Usually, those materials are required including the application form, passport-style photos, your passport and its copy, your residence permit in PRC and other documents the consulate considers necessary.
5. As for the fee and processing time, you need to find it out by yourself. You can contact with the consulate and ask for more information. Tel: 021-62818020
