cancellation fee

You should notify us the cancellation request by email at least 24 hours before departure time. Before the ticket is paid or issued, there is no cancellation fee. After it is issued but before delivery and collection, the cancellation fee is 20% of its par value, and the service charge is non-refundable. After it is collected or delivered, cancellation could only be made at railway stations by yourself. Thanks for your attention.
