About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

Male Filipino citizen married to Chinese national applying permanent residence.

I am a Filipino citizen and recently married to a Chinese national here in Dubai last September 2015. i had been in my wife place twice, first on June 2012 and second on October 2014. We have our own apartment now in Nanjing, Jiangsu. I will still need to work for another year or two here in Dubai. Am I qualified to apply for the permanent residence now? Is there any alternative multi entry visa valid for more than a year if permanent residence is not an option at the moment. Please advise. Thanks!

Darrel, currently, you cannot apply for Chinese permanent residence permit.
A family Q1 type is for your choice at present. After you enter PRC with Q1 type, you can apply for a temporary stay permit. And during the validity of the residence permit, you can enter and exit PRC at anytime.
