I'm arriving on a Vietnam Airline flight into Hong Kong airport & wish to transfer on the same day.
Can I pre book tickets from Untied Kingdom for the transfer

Yes. According to your situation, you can take the direct ferry from Skypier at HKIA and arrive at Baoan Airport. The ferry schedules are 09:15, 11:50 and 15:50. It takes around 45 mins.
You can book tickets on the official website of Turbojet 60 days in advance for Airport Routes. The website has English online booking pages. You can try that.
