About:China Visa on Arrival

Vietname passport to apply Macao VOA

Dear Sir,
My friend are Vietnamese, can she apply the VOA when she at Zhuhai Gongbei custom？

No, she cannot. Vietnam passport holders should apply for an entry permit to Macau ahead of the journey.
