Am holding a Indian passport and I got a  M type visa for one month single entry , is it possible to get a multiple entry one from China

I’m afraid you cannot get a multiple-entry one in PRC. You can only apply for an extension and the extended time won’t exceed the original stay duration of your current business M type.
