Hi, l am traveling to xiamen from kinmen island, can I then depart from Hong Kong back to Taiwan?

Jamie, you mean you go to Xiamen from Taiwan, and then go to HK, after that, go back to Taiwan, right? If yes and you travel by flight all the way, you can enjoy the 72 hour free transit.
