I am arriving at PEK at 10:15pm and the next morning I have a train to catch at 4:45am..

Upon landing at PEK, take shuttle bus line 3 to the main railway station directly. It costs CNY 24 per person. The trip takes about 40 minutes. The buses operate from 7:00 to 24:00, so you can catch it. :)
