What's the best way to travel from Hong Kong Airport to Sheraton Hotel in Shenzhen?

Which Sheraton Hotel do you refer to? There are direct coaches to Four Points Sheraton Hotel, Sheraton Futian Hotel, and Sheraton Dameisha Resort from HKIA. The trip takes about 2 hours. The fare is HKD 170 to 180. :)
