You can go to Xiangshan International Hotel at No. 148, West Jiangbin Road. It is adjacent to the Great Mosque, so you can easily find it. It provides clean environment and nice service. Have a try!0

You can stay in the Maedah area, near Binwang. There is a mosque on the corner and lots of Halaal food in this area.
