About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

I am a Singaporean of Chinese descent, Can I apply for Permanent residency in Xiamen

My father migrated to Singapore in !938 and I wish to spend my retiring years in Xiamen. I have two nephews who are citizens of China living in Xiamen. What are the requirements needed to live as a permanent resident in China.

Joyce, as your nephews are not your direct relatives, I'm afraid you can't get the permanent residence permit.
