regarding visa, what should i do??

Dear SirGood day to you!I need your kind help i`m in Saudi Arabia i want to visit china urgently. and also i visited last year from Saudi Arabia.PRC embassy issue entry permit to me last year but now they said that the new rules of regulation you should make an invitation letter from shanghai government i contact with my friends in china they say it`s took more time. somebody suggest me to go to Pakistan and then apply from Pakistan what`s your idea what should i do in this case.Waiting for kindest response. Zahid, I assume it may be the same situation in your country if you apply from there. It's possible that the invitation letter from government is still required. So I advise you to first to get this letter and apply from Saudi Arabia.
