26/11/1990. Can i resign from my job and make my part time online business to full time?

I did not receive bonus from the company I'm currently working with even though other staff got it.I believe Is because for the past few months, my performance was effected due to my health and stress.

I want to run my part time business to full time but due to financial commitments I'm unable to do so. But I want to take the challenge because I don’t like corporate jobs.
