About:Embassy of D. R. Congo in China

hi, I'm a Congolese citizens (DRC) and also a student in China and my visa expire on April

our embassy says they don't have machine for making passports, and I had the opportunity for continue my study and get scholarship but I can't because I need to renew my passport, I had no time to go home, I'm writing my thesis...there is someone had a good idea, it'll be welcome

Ian, considering your situation, I’m afraid you have to exit first when your student X type expires and go back to your home country. You can renew your passport there and then re-apply for Chinese student X type and re-enter to continue your study.

Or you can find relevant information about the DRC consulates in other nearby countries and see if you can renew your passport from there.
