About:Marriage Registration in China

I am married to a Chinese national however my current visa is about to expire.

I live in China. I am not working. Am I applicable for some sort of marriage visa etc?

Hi Chris, you can apply for the Q type. It needs your marriage certificate and an invitation letter from your spouse. You can go to the local Exit and Entry Administration to see whether you can convert your current entry permit to a Q type.
