About:China Visa Application in USA

how to apply 10 years visa?

I want to get 10 yr entry permit for the first time I apply to visit China. Is all I need just put down "I want 10 yrs entry permit"
under the application form Part 2.-2.2 other that box.

Yes, after check the “other”, you just need to write what you want to apply.
