About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

3 separate tickets, Will I need a visa or can I use the 72-hour exclusion?

I'm going to Tokyo from London with a stop in Beijing for about 3 hours (all on one ticket), but on the way back from Tokyo, I have a stop for 3 days in Beijing before I go back to London but these are separate tickets.

Chloe, don’t worry, the separate tickets are okay. You can still enjoy the 72 hour free transit.
