is my age a problem?

I am currently working in Guangzhou China and am at the end of a three year contract with an American company. I am currently 59 years old. Can I sign up for another three years in China, or does my age prevent me from being able to do this?

Heidi, I think it’s okay. As long as your employer and you are willing to continue the contract, you can sign up for another 3 years because the age limit between 18 and 60 is made to protect the interests and rights of the employee.
