IS IT ALRIGHT FOR ELDER PROPLE TO GO TO ZHANGJIAJIE?

THE ELDERLY ARE FROM AGE 65 TO 70. WILL IT BE SAFE FOR THEM TO GO THERE? IF THEY HAVE HYPERTENSION OR HEART PROBLEM?
