About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Hi-I am staying in Shanghai for last 5 Years. Am I eligible to apply for 5/10 years Resident Permit?

What are the details my company need to provide as the company will apply for the same on behalf of me. Unfortunately, people in my company do not have much information about the same.

It’s very hard for one to get Chinese permanent residence permit. You should read the relevant regulations on permanent residence of Aliens in PRC on this website carefully and see if you satisfy the relevant conditions. Each year, only a few aliens get it. Only when you know about the relevant requirements can you know if you can apply for it.
