hi, i am Pakistani, studying in wuhan (china) since last 2 years. i wish to visit Hong kong for 1-2 wk. can you guide me which type of entry permit should i apply and how can i apply, where to send documents etc.

If you go there for tourism purpose, you should apply for a visit entry permit. You should first prepare those materials including copy of your passport, the application form and a passport-sized color photo, proof of your financial standing, your residence permit in mainland PRC, transportation arrangement and your travel plan to HK. And then submit your application to Beijing Office of HK SAR government to apply for it.
