Japanese Tourist Visa

Hi, I'm residing in the United States, but now traveling in China, I'm married to a U.S. citizen and have a green card. My question is: Can I apply for a Japanese tourist entry permit at any Japanese Consulate here in PRC? I plan to visit Japan soon so any info leading to this matter would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Kirry, generally speaking, only if you have a temporary residence permit in PRC, you can apply for it while in PRC. You can have a try by contacting some agencies to see whether they can manage to do this.
