About:China Visa Fees

Not knowing the student visa was cancelled

I left china last august 2015 not knowing my student X type was cancelled. the immigration officer said i overstayed for 54 days but the truth is i was not really aware, now they asked me to pay for 10000 which i did. But i don't know if I am banned from entering China again. How can i know if I am blacklisted. I left all my belonging there.

Rose, the police won't disclose the blacklist to others, so if you want to know whether you are blacklisted, you should contact the Exit and Entry Division of Public Security Bureau to inquire about it. I do think you might not on the list because you have paid the fines.

If this was your first and only offense, then you are unlikely to have been black-listed. I would urge you to be much more careful about your visa status in the future
