If yes, which station do I have to get on and off. If there is only long distance bus, how long will it take? and where can I get to the bus? Thank you.

I am sorry that there is no high speed train service between the two. But you may take a long distance bus from Chadianzi Bus Station. You may take metro line 2 to Chadianzi Bus Station, Exit D. The trip takes about 8 hours. :)
