There is no direct high speed type for this trip, if you take a transfer in GZ, the high speed type stop at GZ South station. And then you need go for East station by metro or taxi. The ride to HK only depart from East railway station. The transfer between South and East station would be around 1 hour by metro (Line 2+ Line 1). Thus you need to leave more enough time between these 2 trips like around 2 hours and 30min or 3 hours.
