About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

I am heading to Hong Kong Airport from Tsim Dong.

Planned to take free shuttle bus to Kowloon Station for Airport Express train. Does it mean that I have to buy the airport express ticket first in order to be entitled for the free shuttle service?

Yes, generally speaking, you need to show the AE train ticket and then you are allowed to get on the free shuttle bus. But I was in the same situation last time, I told my situation to the staff and they also allowed me to take it. So don't worry. Just buy the ticket when you arriving at the Kowloon Station.
