Long distance bus from Dali to Kunming

a. How long is the journey and where is the bus station in Dali?
b. Is there a toilet on board the bus?

Generally speaking, it takes around 4.5 hours on the way. You can take direct long-distance bus at Dali Bus Station. And the schedules are from 07:10 to 19:30 with the fare of about CNY 100 per person. As I know, there isn't a toliet on the bus. But it will stop at the service areas equipped with toilets on the way.
