But they said its very strict here in beijing. Its getting longer my staying here because i dont know what to do and afraid of getting in jail or something will happen.

There is an agent in Guangzhou who processed our 4 years overstay.No long interrogation and most importantly no detention.Just more or less 3 weeks wait and you can go back home safely.

My friend is facing the problem of about 7 months overstayed unknowingly, though he has visa on his passport but immigration told his company already cancelled his visa 7 months ago after he quit the job. Now he shocked and panic. Your friend should report the situation to the local police and then pay the fine. Afterwards, apply for an exit pass to leave China. Or he can inquire the officers that if there is any way for him to stay in China after paying the fine. Good luck!
