Hong Kong Airport Express rate of 100$(HK) to hongkong hotels can be shared by 4 passengers?

No. The AE Ticket to HK Station costs 100 HKD per person. So you four cannot share 100 HKD.
But if you wanna save some money, you can buy AE Group Tickets. To HK Station, it costs totally 280 HKD for 4 people.
