I'll be visit my regional office maybe 3-6 times a year, what type of entry permit shall I apply?And what is the supporting document required?

Mike, you should apply for a multiple-entry business M type within a year. The supporting documents contain the filled-out application form and a recently-taken passport-sized color photo, your passport and its copy, and an invitation letter from your trade partner in PRC or from the regional office in PRC.
