About:Chinese Embassy in Kuwait

Apply for L type visa

Dear sir,
Me and my Chinese friend are going to travel in PRC at May, am working in Kuwait with a Jordan passport, can u pls tell me what should I prepare before I go to embassy to apply my entry permit? Thanks a lot.

The following documents are required: your passport and copy of its data page, the application form with a recently-taken passport-sized color photo, your residence permit in Kuwait (at least 3-month remaining validity), your ID card in Kuwait, your work permit and a covering letter from your company as well as round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.

Thanks a lot for ur answer, which helps me too much, but only one issue still am not understand, can u explain more about the covering letter from company？Coz i asked our company and the don't know about it , thanks again.

Dear, covering letter from company refers to a letter issued by your company and inside the letter, your company address, telephone number and detailed visiting purpose should be correctly and clearly stated. It’s kind of like the guarantee letter.
