About:China Talent Visa

Which type of VISA : R, F, or Z ?

I am a geophysicist working for Ifremer, a french governmental institution. I have been invited to give lectures at the Ocean University of China in Qingdao. I will keep my french salary but will receive complementary salary from the University. I have invitation letter from the University and contract. Can I apply for an F ? or R ?
Type Z requires a "Permit for Foreign Experts Working in PRC issued by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts as well as Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Entity or Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by relevant Chinese entities. " Where can I find the contact for "State Bureau of Foreign Experts" in Qingao (Shandong) ?

Louis, so you will visit the university frequently and give lectures often, right? I think a six-month or one-year F type with multiple entries is the most appropriate choice for you. It's easier to get than the Z type and R type doesn't fit your situation.
