Lack of working experience

Hello! I got a job in China, and now I am working on the Z visa. The problem is that they are asking for 3 years of full time employment, and I don't have that much. Is there any solution?

Ref, may I know who is asking for the three years of working experience? The embassy, the employer, or the organization issuing your work license in China? As far as I know, only two years of working experience is required. Maybe things are different in some provinces. You can ask the employer to try its best to get around this.

Hello! Thanks for the answer. Actually, I only have 1 year of working experience full time, and several part time jobs. It is being asked by the provincial office to issue the invitation letter...
Thanks again for your help!
