ReplyWell, Feburary is a good time for a visit. Nevertheless, the best time lasts from April to October.
Anyway, it will be cloudy most of the time, and rains sometimes in February. The temperature will range between 40F and 60F. You are advised to take jackets, sweaters, long pants, warm shoes, and an umbrella. Have a nice trip!00Reply
