Ferry tax refunds at HKIA

In 10 Feb 2016 (9.00pm.) I got on SkyPier ferry from Shenzhen Shekou to Hong Kong International Airport
and Then go to departure by air for boarding gate to go Bangkok by Cathay Pacific (my flight is Cx 741 in 11.00pm. ). Can i get the ferry tax refunds later ? Can you tell me how should I do ? because I'm forgot to tax refund in HK airport. Thanks
