I hold a Malaysian passport with US Green Card, traveling to Singapore with a 9 hours layover in BJ

I hold a Malaysia passport with US Green Card, traveling to Singapore with a 9 hours layover in Beijing. Do I need a transit visa? Can I leave the airport? Thank you.

Kim, you do not need it. If you want to leave the airport, you can apply for a temporary stay permit upon arrival. It's free of charge.
