Is all printed matter banned? Can I bring a cell phone?

Hey, the truth is that all printed matters that do harm to China's politics, economy, culture and morality are forbidden to take in. So it is ok to bring some regular ones. And cell phone can surely be taken in, but I heard one person can only take one.
