About:China Visa

I am enquiring about the 72 hr transit visa for Beijing & 144hr one for Shanghai

Hi,

Please can some one tell me if we can just get transit visas for our trip ?

We arrive in Beijing & stay for 3 days, we then fly to Shanghai where we pick up a cruise on the same day to Japan.
When we disembark we are staying in Shanghai for two nights .

Can we do this on transit visas only, or do we have to get full visas?

Thank you for your help.

Caron, it's a pity that you cannot use the visa-free transit policy. You should apply for a transit G type or tourist L type visa before you start the trip.
