About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Ticket collection early in the morning from Changsha to Zhangjiajie

Hi,
My family and I plan to take an early trip from Changsha to Zhangjiajie (depart 05:47am). If we book online, are the collection counters at Changsha railway station opens 24 hours? Can we collect them a few hours before departure?

Changsha railway station should be work 24 hours since they have schedule all day. There will be less windows for work in the midnight, but you can still find at least 1 or 2 for the collection.
