Jassyap, you should first have the relevant document notarized at the local notary office, and then get it authenticated by the ministry of foreign affairs of Malaysia. After, take the application form, your passport or identify card (copy), the authenticated documents, as well as the business license of your company to the consulate general of PRC to have the document for commerce & trade attested. You can call the following hot line to consult about the details: 03-88874000/88874100.
