About:Chinese Embassy in Cameroun

How to get an appointment at the Cameroon embassy to certify a document?

We are planning a visit in April and would like to have an appointment with the Cameroon embassy. How do we get an appointment? When is the best day/time to go?

All documents issued by the Cameroonian local authorities and intended to produce their effects on Chinese territory must be legalized by the Cameroonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs before being legalized by the Chinese Embassy.

As for making an appointment, it is suggested to contact the embassy directly because there is no related information about it on its official website.

I guess that is the issue, how to contact the Cameroon Embassy in China. They don't answer email or even the phone. So can you just go and hope someone is there? We've contacted Foreign Affairs in Yaounde and they assure us the embassy is open, but a lot of my information seems to indicate they aren't. Has anyone actually successfully contacted them recently, and if so how?
