Hi, Steve! The driving license of foreign countries are not recognized by chinese authority.Sorry for that. The public transportation is also convenient. There is a special bus station to Jinshanling at Wangjing Subway Station. You can either take the tourist bus straight to Jinshanling, or take the coach to Luanping. The coach passes by Jinshanling Service Area. You need to get off there and take the free shuttle bus to the scenic area.1
