About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm planning to fly from Cebu Philippines to Qingdao taking advantage of the 72 hour permit

will i need a transit permit to leave the airport if I'm staying purely in Qingdao?

Kevin, you don’t need it to leave the airport.
