Cherry, it's possible to arrange an L type from Thailand, but I heard that Philippine passport holders may be required to submit an invitation letter from duly authorized unit if they apply from Thailand. So if possible, it's better to apply from your own country.

I have been issued an entry permit three times but this time i tried to apply a business M type but they denied my request Here in my own country. They adviced me to try and apply in the other country. Is it possible to apply there in Bangkok after I got denied first time here in Philippines?

Cherry, I think it's possible, but you should get the reason for the denial first so that you can avoid making the same mistakes again.
